When you the home/association or business owner chooses to repair or replace your existing roof(s) or siding, here is what Up Top Construction & Roofing, Inc. would provide for you:

A complete presentation showing you/ your board what products are available, what is recommended, and all services provided thereafter. |

A detailed evaluation, assessment, and estimate on each individual roof/siding project. |

We will furnish references freely upon request. |
• |
Work will be scheduled and tailored according to the needs of you/business/association members. |

All necessary state, county, and local permits will be obtained as well as any necessary bonds. |

We can use moveable debris containers so as not to obstruct closed areas, or garages for long periods of time. |

We will clean the job site at the end of every day. |
• |
We will notify each homeowner of approximate start date and any safety issues that may need to be addressed prior to starting work. For example cars to be moved, children and/or pets in safe areas, valuables on walls, etc. |

Our management and local city inspectors will personally inspect all completed work. |
