Most insurance companies want to settle your claim, in full, as quickly and professionally as possible, taking care of you the homeowner 100% This is our goal also for you. Many contractors are ready to argue or are ready for conflict with your insurance company, causing you undue stress and added time and fighting for funds to complete the job. Most insurance companies pay a more than reasonable rate to complete your project. We do not have special inflated insurance prices. Some contractors are known for “insurance gouging” and when their name is seen on an initial estimate, the insurance companies put their people on notice, again causing delays in time and monies. We prefer to work directly with your insurance company. We keep you informed and in “the loop” on the entire job. We do not forget this is YOUR home and YOU are in charge. We feel communication is essential for a professional job. Samples will be shown of many types of materials and colors. Job timelines will be discussed and agreed upon. All insurance paperwork will be handled by Up Top Construction, Inc. and you, the homeowner will be given copies of all paperwork.
